Open Enrollment Updates
SoloCare Member ID Cards
SoloCare members with effective dates of January 1, 2026 will begin receiving their ID cards soon.
- Existing Members: If you are currently enrolled in an Alliant plan, you will receive a new member ID card.
- New members: Your ID card will be mailed after you pay the January premium, or effectuate.
Client Services Call Backs
Your questions are important to us. If you prefer to avoid waiting on hold, you may request a call back from a Client Services Representative. Because of high call volumes during Open Enrollment, we may call you a few hours after your initial call or after 5 p.m.
Please note: Requesting multiple call backs will not escalate the priority of your call.
Alliant Member Portal – Member Resource
If you are an existing member, use this online resource to review plan and premium information, and make premium payments. Members can also view and download a temporary ID card in the Member Portal.
Open Enrollment Deadline Approaching
January 15, 2026 is the last day to enroll in health coverage that starts February 1, 2026.

Alliant and Focus Care Launch Annual In-Home and Virtual Assessment Visits for Eligible Members
A healthier life starts with awareness, prevention, and having access to care that meets members where they are. As part of our ongoing commitment to improving our services, we are transitioning to a new ID card vendor. While we are progressing steadily with this implementation, we expect to begin sending out standard ID cards from our new vendor in approximately 4 – 6 weeks.
